In my early days of lyme when I was undiagnosed, I had this constant right side headache.
With doxy, this seem to be greatly reduced. I do also have an abnormal spect brain scan which shows mild to moderate hyperfusion.
In the last month on my new combo abx of Biaxin and Flagyl, I am getting some severe symptoms. Mainly head pressure, stiff neck and weak knees and calfs
Could this be a herx reaction from the new abx?
Need some help, please. It is making me crazy. I am ok if I thought I am killing those damn bugs. I understand the concept of no pain, no gain
I go for daily infrared sauna and weekly epsom bath for the purposes of detox.

YES, it could definitly be a herx reaction! Especially with Flaglil, that's a tough one to take!!!
Have you called your LLMD to let him/her know about it?? If not, then I would if I were you. Are you on any other detox programs? Nutritional supplements? There have been many times in the past that my LLMD has made me stop treatment for 3 or 4 days and then start back slowly.
But don't take my advice, call your Dr.
I'm sure that there will be many others that will reply with much more experience than I!!
Hang in there, I know it's hard!!!
