I was wondering if anybody was diagnoised with bfs or benign fasciculation syndrome and could this be part of lyme. Only tests pos. western blot bands 23 , 28

could be, or not not be. BUT that alone plus the two bands would not pass as definative for lyme by any standard.
Other symptoms?

non stop twitching, myoclonus jerks, pin and needles , sleep problems, tired,fatiqued, alcohol intolerence,sensations throughout the body,aches and pains.
list goes on. I have these symptoms constant for about 3 years.
camp and hike alot, bitten before.
started with the flu so the doctors say?

Absolutely can be a part of Lyme. I have had all these symptoms. I just love these drs.
They always have a name for a set of syndromes. But can never come up with a cause.

Could be. The antibodies seem to fade after a while. Might also be some other zoonosis. Have you seen a Tickborn disease Dr? (ie experienced LLMD). Given past risk factor I would go see one.
Any odd lumps or rashes. Do the symptoms come in waves and if so how often. Getting worse over time?

I am going through the same thing. Since Aug 05. Constant twitching ( calves are crazy !! ). etc. Igenix Positive in May 06, treated. Some synptoms left but mucle weakness and twiching remains...sucks
