What should I do to stop the herxing? Vitamins? Is it good to detox? If so what should I use and do I use it while on anitbiotics? Anything

I stop the meds and give myself a break and detox with things like hot theraputic baths and teas and Vitamin C and Cholestrymine and lots of water and letting my body rest and recoup. I have not been able to get through or help herx affect while staying on meds. Thats just me. Week on and week off works..

Glutathione. Other liver support. Veggie juices.

Ask your doctor if you should slow down.

Sorry, I can't elaborate as I've got to get off computer. Others here are far better versed in explaining the wonders of glutathione as it's not easily absorbed orally.

1.Drink plenty of water
2.Get your body alkaline
3.Get good rest and I mean GOOD
4.Make sure you get 2 good BM's a day if not 3, if you are not, take Miralax
5.Take a small dose of benadryl to calm the immune response to the toxins
6.Try to get some form of excercise or movement to keep body fluids flowing
7.Fiber

Other things that are helpful but you might not have access to,

1. Extra dose of heparin
2. Glutathione
3. Antioxidants IV
4. IV Fluids
