Anyone taking DHEA or Pregnenolone?

my saliva testing showed my DHEA to be 5 of the 5-10 range...never addressed by the other ordering doctor...

A local kinesiologist told me my wants these....according to his testing...

I read a bit in Bhuners and Singletons books... and searched on here...

just curious-

VRP has lots of research on endocrine issues.

I'm on both. they help.

I am taking low dose pregnenolone. BUT, I would never let an ART practicioner tell me what hormones I should take!! I want proof via blood work or another true method. It's not worth the risk.
