Hi Guys,

I'm here in Fl. now and have a lime tree that is loaded, my lemon tree hasn't begun to produce yet.

Does anyone know if lime water would be as effective as lemon wate for detox? Do limes have any detox benefits at all?

Thanks,
Feelfit

Mmmm... I bet your yard smells good with all those citrus trees [Smile]

My doc said that I could use lemons or limes for detox. They both work in the same way. Limes taste a little sweeter so I like to get them when I can.

Enjoy your fresh juice and the warm Florida sun for me. Wish I was somewhere tropical too!

I'm relieved to find out you were discussing the fruit and not calling "Lyme", "Limes". [Big Grin]

I know I have always been using lemons personally, but I know originally I was told by my LLMD that lemons OR limes would be good.

Having the fresh trees and picked fresh...wow, you have it made. Can we all come over and have some?

Party at feelfits place. [Smile]

Yeah, Lime water cocktails served from sun up to sun down.

Very tasty. At least I'll be able to use them all up this year!

Thanks for the answers,
Feelfit

Sorry if I am hijacking [Wink] but how do I make the lemon water, like how much lemon and how many times a day?

Thank you,
Jenny

Limes are a lifeline. They really help with my nausea that comes during herxes. Just add freshly squeezed lime/lemon juice to water, and my favorite is to sweeten it with stevia. Simply amazing.

hey Jenny,

Most people drink it in the morning. 1/2- 1 lemon to a glass of water.....or a lime I guess [Smile]

I drink this 2 times per day usually, but that's just me. Some people drink it all day long...no set rules that I am aware of.
