I have been wanting to start taking "Undenatured Whey" for awhile now......I know they use this with AIDS patients from what I have read.....Its supposed to be very good for the immune system....
I think Dr Joseph Mercado from Chicago sells it thru his website......Anyone know of other sources or experience with it????
Thanks in advance.......

I use Biochem vanilla (the other flavors are gross). Also, Jay Robb is good, but more expensive, I buy it when Whole Foods is out of Biochem. I've been using it daily for many months now. I mix it with water, then add some frozen fruit and blend.

I've been on it for a year. It's supposed to lift glutathione levels and also is loaded with aminos for brain functioning. It's good stuff I get mine from Whole Foods. I think this is one of the supplements I will stay on for good. Make sure to get sugar free!

Can anyone explain what denatured means? I have been buying milk from a certified small family farm and am sometimes making cheese from the kefir I make. When I make the cheese, I automatically get whey in the process. I am using it to make fermented vegetables. It's fun....I don't know if the whey is denatured tho

Denatured is when the whey has been heated up, so undenatured, is unheated so that all the nutrients are in tact. You also want to be sure to not over-blend it and denature it yourself.
