Hi,
I want to start my kids on theralac, but am unsure what type of dose I should use? When my 5 year old was 2 weeks old, she had thrush and has never been treated for candida, but has been our 'temper' child. Also,opening up the capsule and taking it in water should be fine right?

I know you can open the caps and mix in yogurt.

My 9 year old took it that way and she took a whole capsule full once a day while on antibiotics.
