Anyone have this? When I'm sitting at my computer I feel like I'm swaying back and forth. Plus I feel like I'm not really here. It's scary.

Definetly the part about not really being here. Sort of like an out of body experience. I use to associate that feeling with anxiety, but I think it is from the Lyme. I think it is because our central nervous system is involved.

I see an inner ear connection in such descriptions. Of course, lyme is notorious for affecting balance.

I had my 12 year old niece at lunch with me . . . I was sitting across from her. For about 5 minutes, smack in the middle of it, it was 'who is that?' and 'where am I'? When I came back to myself a little bit, it was still Wwhere do i live, and how will I get home?'
Yikes.
On balance issues, they used to be horrendous. I've been doing very well (abx since Feb '07) but recently, balance has cropped up as a problem again!! So, I guess it is all just a part of the LD process.
If you are taking mino or doxy, they can cause or aggravate balance/dizziness/movement issues.

I first read your post a few days ago and thought that I remembered experiencing something similar from awhile ago right now its happening again and I just remembered your post. Its more intense now that I remember it ever being.
Can you explain what it feels like in more detail? I just want to know if its the same thing. I keep getting a mild sensation of falling and I feel kind of dizzy and disconnected. I also feel really anxious.
I don't even know if thats the best way to describe it but that was my best shot.
