Tried to go back and find the post I wanted to answer about this but could not so posting it here.

I am just passing on information I received via my email.

I was donated an ion spa and do feel it is helping.

I do not have a bath tub (shower only) in the apartment i live in. I can not handle a sauna or hot tub at this point.

So, the ion spa works out well for me.

Kam,
thanks for your info. I am interested in this ionic detox. Do you think it helps better than
all the other detox possibilities? It is quite expensive but if it helps...
How often are you using it? Does it cause herx?
I did clay foot bath and could feel pain everywhere in the body.
I appreciate your opinion.
Karen

Karen,

I started out with clay foot bath detox too. At the time I was not able to to them myself and had a caregiver that helped.

I do feel the ion foot detox bath is helping.

I have only had one two week period when I was too weak to carry the tub of water to my reclining chair and needed help from others to set things up and empty it.

When I first started the water really turned ugly. Not sure why. But, now the water is clear.

The first months it started out clear and then became so thick with stuff I could not see my feet.

Now, it starts out clear and stays clear.

I do feel it is helping with detoxing.

I still have the clay and think about doing a detox with it every now and then. But, the body and brain are usually not up to doing what it takes to do this.

The foot spa is much more doable for me.

I do recall when I was able to do the clay detox that my body felt normal for a short time afterwards.

I did the all over clay detox. It was great to be reminded of what "normal" felt like.

With the foot spa I just don't have the burning feet or whatever is going on with the souls of the feet.

That is a nice relief too.

I detox every other night for 30 min.

I also have not had the really bad head stuff I use to get. Don't want to jinx it by talking abou it.

But, it was my worse symptom.

When I first got the ion spa, my head was so foggy I could not figure out what I needed to do.

I had to wait for awhile until the brain was clear enough to figure out how to put things together.

My reading skills have gone with lyme too and processing for the most part.

NOw, it is no problem. Every thing is set up. I just need to put water in the plastic tub, hook the thingamajig up to the array and push the buttons for english and 30 min and add the sea salt.

That is another thing I have noticed. I can do several steps at once now. Wasn't able to do that before either.

I can not sit upright so I slouch in the recliner while doing the treatment.

I have gone for detox foot baths several times (on days when I can get off the couch). When I was regularly taking zeolite, my foot baths were the clearest water in the room of about 10 people (who were no where near as ill as me). I stopped the zeolite for a few months, went back to the spa for a foot bath, and my water was sludgy, thick, and had lots of lymph drainage. So, I think both help tremendously. I haven't been able to do the foot bath regularly, so I was hoping to look into owning one. Do you know how much they cost?

This company just came out with a personal model.

It looks just like what I am using so I must have been one of the test subjects.

I also wanted to add that I too am taking the zeolite and nutramedix detox stuff.

I am almost out so we shall see how my brain is doing after that.

Thankful I still have the ion spa to help.
