The supplement Samento, a modified version of Cat's Claw, is spoke of highly for Lyme. But of course, is the internet hype real or prefabricated. I am just wondering if anyone has hear of Samento and if anyone has any experience or knowledge of its realworld effectiveness.

I think it may help some, but is overly hyped. Haven't seen anyone online who claims to be cured by it. Perhaps a good choice if you really have next to no money to spend on treatment. I took it for a while and herxed pretty bad.

I am currently taking 1,125 mg of Prima una de gato, which is cats claw along with rifampin, but I am at the end of treatment. So far, it is doing the job.
My LLMD is transitioning me from abx to cats claw to slowly ramp down from antibiotics.
There have been extensive studies regarding samento, but personally, I think if you can tolerate real antibiotics that would be my first choice as I read that it takes years longer to recover on just cat's claw alone.
