I believe i've had Lyme Disease my whole life. After spending several months on these forums and other Lyme communities, i am finding increasing numbers of people who believe they also have had Lyme their whole lives. So perhaps we got bit by a ticks as babies... OR could it be that our mothers are carriers of Lyme Disease and passed it on to us but are otherwise not affected by it? Or could it be that they are affected by the disease but only mildly and never suspect they have a disease such as this? It just seems unlikely that so many of us aquired this disease as babies outside our mothers womb. I'm interested in what you all think about this...

Its scary how little we can learn about Lyme Disease before we are confronted by unknowns at every turn.
