I feel like I am going nuts. I am so nacious, tired, etc and I just started Mag to get rid of the spasms I've been having in my eye, back, and arm.

So I'm just wondering if this is a side effect.

Thank you,
Lindsay

I dont know about herxing, but when I take 400 mg of magnesium (MaxOx brand) it makes my hear beat like really weird, irregular, and misses beats and stuff.

Its scary too. So I only take 200 mg.

Does anyone know if this side effect is from magnesium oxide?

I put some magnesium oil from Dr.K pharmacy on my skin yesterday.
Some hours later I also got the same heart problems.
I also started very little MMS. So I am not sure which one did the heart problem.
I could wash it off immediately. Try to take
it transdermal, then you can immediately wash it off when the problem starts, makes it a little better.

just a comment.. My doctor does a lot of work on researching these bugs. He says to not take magnesium because they feed off of it and you will feel worse and have worse symptoms from the illness as a result.

i was taking epson salt baths and he said not to even do that.

So just keep that in mind.. Maybe try to stop and see if your symptoms go away and then you would be able to make a connection for sure.

I took one Mag pill and it put me in bed for a couple days feeling very ill, frequent urination and spasams like crazy. I stopped immediately.
