Breast pain for a couple of months now but I just noticed 'some' lumps. I tried to search for old posts but my computer blows-up everytime I try. If anyone has any information on Lyme induced breast "lumps", I would greatly appreciate it. I remember seeing some headings a while ago.

+ Lyme, Bart & Babs - Started current treatment this fall.

no idea how long I've had it (prob since '04) but I know I was reinfected over 1 1/2 years ago - given 30 days Amox.
tested + for Ehr beg. of yr. (Was treated for Ehr for 3 months - by a duck) but current LLMD has not found any evidence that Ehr still around.

Thx for you help.

Hi I was on another forum where this was brought up and people swore that they had lumps related to lyme. I do not recall any real data that was brought up or found though.

I will say i had 3 large walnut size lumps removed from both breasts and I think now that I have had lyme since I was a young teen.

These lumps showed up after the birth of my son and we do not know why but we know that I have had ongoing issues will being ill with many viral and bacterial infections all through middle and high school and even before and after through college and forward til now.

It has been woven into my life.
I feel it is related. i also feel that cancer is too realted to infection type of basis.

If you read even on the wikipedia about breast cancer it will say it has been one of the discussed and possible causes doctors are agreeing on.

Either way we have to be very careful and keep a closer eye than others for sure.

I hope you get them checked out and that all is ok with you

D

I know this can be a controversial subject and I am not making any medical claims..

Thx for the reply DebAz. If you don't mind me asking, were they cancerous? Send me a note offline if you prefer.
