Each time I take a dose of the doxycycline, all my symptoms are exacerbated- head and pain in stomach. Also, I have a burning sensation all over!!

Does anyone know anything about this??

Have you talked to your doctor about it? Are you taking doxy with food and lots of water? Make sure you aren't having some kind of allergic reaction to it.

Call your doc. I was on 400mg of doxy a day and I felt a burning in my stomach. It hurt so bad. I had to drop down to 200mg a day for a little while so my stomach heals. We'll see what happens when I go back in the new year. I was feeling better on 400mg but my stomach couldn't handle it. Maybe a med change. Good Luck
