Sorry to hear that, James. Feel better.

It's bad enough fighting the tick born infections without adding a flu on top of it. [Frown]

James, I am sorry you have been ill with apparent flu. Yesterday I almost posted feedback on possible medical issues, but was hesitant. It concerns me that others might see feedback as negative or an attack on you. I do want to be helpful and I hope things work for you.

I once had some training that addressed the effect of lithium toxicity. Lithium is a type of salt or element used as a medication. If a person gets too much lithium or has an illness that puts additional stress on the kidneys, then the kidneys can't keep up with eliminating toxins. The symptoms of this is like the flu.

Various things cause toxicity for me. It includes mecury, probably dental cavitations, the die-off from killing borrelia, etc. I have been prescribed psychotropics which invariably made me more like a zombie. This includes antidepressants.

I stopped antibiotics when the problems with vertigo, coordination, strength, confusion seemed to keep getting worse. Getting the mecury amalgam fillings out immediately helped. I'm working on detox and helping my immune system without antibiotics now.

I'm not a medical person, but it obviously helps to share experiences and ideas. I think that flu symptoms can be related to toxic overload that the kidneys and/or liver is struggling to handle. The overload can cause one organ (such as the kidneys) to shut down, leading to a cascading shutdown of other major organs.

James, I'm thankful you are feeling better.
