I'm thinking of getting the Lightworks and was wondering if it can help with insomnia and sleeping disorders? Or if there is some other instrument that anyone had success with? I'm trying to wean off Klonopin and deaing with severe insomnia. And I've tried the supplement route with Melatonin, etc. Looking for some sort of alternative method. Thanks so much [Smile]

I use Gaba powder at night, and include Kavinace . . http://www.drmyattswellnessclub.com/Kavinace.htm

Gaba powder - 1/2 tspn in water
Kavinace - 2 capsules

I feel sleepy within the hour.

Melatonin rests at the head of my bed...If needed I'll bite off a small chip (maybe 1/4th) of the pill, because 5 mg is too strong for me. I feel groggy for half the day if I take the entire 5 mg.

The Gaba & Kavinace work for me.

You can get it from your ND or order online from ND.

Good Night - Hope you get a good nights' rest! Grace

PS - I have a LightWorks and did use it tonight. I've not felt sleepy from it.

- - - - When one of my friends RIFEs for Inflammation, she always gets sleepy and has a really good night of sleep.
