I've heard of it and am considering it. It was recommended on my CFS support group as was Reverse Therapy. Robin

Anything that comes with a guarantee that it will "Definitely improve your condition"...is suspicious, to say the least.

Some people on CFS Experimental tried it. I received a free copy of the book and DVD and rolled my eyes. I think it's pretty rudimentary stuff you could do on your own--affirmations, meditation etc.
I've worked with David Mickel, he's much better. I still work with him on occasion. I love the guy!

Reverse Therapy has also been recommended by some with CFS/ME/Fibro. I'm reading the book and its pretty interesting. Then I like the idea of the body (HPA in this sense) could get out of balance and bodymind work, emphasis on work, not talk, could change cellular memory.
If you think all your symptoms are caused my TBD only, then it won't be helpful. If you think you may have some sort of dysfunction of the HPA axis that could have been triggered by a stressor (viral, bacterial, emotional), then it might be helpful.
I'm hearing some people are happy with the Gupta program, but it depends on what you need personally.
After listening to Bruce Lipton's, The Wisdom of the Cells, I am pretty much convinced that in addition to photons, thoughts/perceptions and actions also relay messages to our cells and pretty powerfully so.
In fact, I wonder how much influence photons and perceptions can have.. can cells be influenced to let go of heavy metals, for instance? Each cell has receptors for all kinds of messages which relay all kinds of actions. ???

"I believe that ME/CFS, and Fibromyalgia are conditions that are essentially caused and perpetuated by a brain structure called the amygdala"
Maybe it works for the folks for whom this is the case--as we know, however, there are myriad things that can cause the condition.

I have purchased this several months ago but I havent done it much because the program feels very iffy to me. Are you interested in trying this program? There is a blog that Ashok communicates directly with people that are using the program. Search for ChronicFatiquetreatments and you will find it.
