I have not really paid much attention to my dreams lately for quite awhile, but some have helped me, just words in dreams saying things,
like RELAPSE or whatever else.
I had this word in my dream while napping this afternoon, it said,
manganese
I was surprised, it was not magnesium, but manganese.
Anyone take this manganese? do you take it and why for this disease we all have here.
In a multivitamin mineral supp is that good?
Or was this just a dead end dream?
thanks,
Trish

My chiropractor recommended Manganese to me.
The stuff I take is in drop form. It is a clear liquid that I put on (not under, on) my tongue. My chiropractor said if you don't need it, it will make your tongue feel terrible, like you have cotton mouth. This is for the specific brand I take.
She used "muscle testing" on me and determined I could do 7-10 drops per day, which is pretty average.
She recommended it to me when I told her about my joints wanting to pop out of place. Sometimes I would lay in bed, and feel the need to dislocate almost, and then relocate, some of my joints, like the shoulders, and where the upper leg connects to the hip socket, in order to relax and feel comfortable laying down.
Since using Manganse, this need reduced drastically.
I think Manganese is one of those things you either need or you don't. It helped me a lot though with the joint sublaxations.
I also just had a better sense of well-being overall. I had more energy and felt "stronger."
My brother doesn't have the best nutrition, and she muscle tested him for it, and he needed it too.
I bought mine directly from my chiropractor, and I doubt you could buy it in a store, etc. It is by BodyBio and it just called "Manganese."
You could always give it a try and see how you feel. I would just be careful not to overdo it. Minerals seem like the kind of thing that you don't want too much of either, because then they could get "out of balance" with the other minerals.
