Hi I am reading the Microscope description of a immunofluoresccence histologic examination from current punch biopsy. This was my second biospy taken 12/10/08 Can anyone tell what these findings mean. IgG - Positive staining in a colloid body pattern at papillary dermis IgM - Positive staining in a colloid body pattern at papillary dermis IgA - Negative C3 - Positive staining in a colloid body pattern at papillary dermis C5/9 Complex - Positive staining in a colloid body pattern at papillary dermis Fibrinogen - Negative Conclusion Pathologist writes, These immunopathological features are essentially Non-specific and may be seen in a variety of non-specific inflammatory dermatosis. Thank-you for any help. Mechelle
