I have a total body aching that feels so toxic. I often describe it as "someone has beaten me with a baseball bat".
Then as I'm doing all the extra things to help my body detox during these horrible periods I notice that slowly I back to just everyday sx and pains.

Im noticing a lot of muscle pains and such. I just didn't know if it was common to feel so yucky while you are detoxing.

When I'm really toxic I get a lot of neuro symptoms, like dizziness and wooziness, along with heart palpitations and odd breathing problems that all stem from neurotoxins (I think?). Are you experiencing things like this too?

Aweful headache, dizziness, nausea, and sweating. To me it was as bad as having a migraine headahce, or being drunk.
I wanted to put my forehead on the cold toilet bowl, but I chose the tile in the shower instead!!

I second the "feeling drunk" comment! When I'm toxic and having trouble detoxing fast enough, I feel like I'm intoxicated. I guess we are, in a sense, but not in the "I had way too much fun last night" sort of way. I'm pretty sure none of us are having a good time. lol...

This happens to me when detoxing too.
I start to feel very "flu-y" ... lots of muscle aches and generally feeling sick.
