I did get cold hands and feet during the onset of my disease (hence, my screen name). I've been on the Marshall Protocol for 26 months, and now have very good circulation. I also take enzymes of different sorts on occasion (Rechts Regulat, Noni, etc.).

Hope this helps in some way. Feel free to PM me too.

Look into Raynauds' There are many sites if you Google
This is one of my 1st dx :3 years ago

I'm taking a calcium blocker(blood pressure medication)prescription and Nattkonaise as a supplement. This helps at high enough doses.

Hot baths and sauna are a daily must to help get rid of the bone cold feeling.
(***** -5 high in Iowa today ****)

This can become serious if you start getting chilbains and ulcers so be careful to stay warm and decrease your blue, white, red episodes.

Let me know if you want more information...
Wantabe warm!

That use to be a symptoms of mine, everynow and then it will return but I think it is from the bartonella since it is known for restricting blood flow.

Have you all had your thyroids checked? A little T3 or Armour can do wonders.

Also, a systemic infection of the common household mold Mucor Racemosus reduces blood flow. It seems to be a common infection in lymies, due to stress and reduced immune function.
