I did get cold hands and feet during the onset of my disease (hence, my screen name). I've been on the Marshall Protocol for 26 months, and now have very good circulation. I also take enzymes of different sorts on occasion (Rechts Regulat, Noni, etc.).

My feet were one of my very first symptoms. They were frozen and blue. Now I get it every now and then. Usually at night and it get's worse when I am in cold weather or a/c.

yep....frozen quite a bit, and my hand gets frozen from this damn mouse....lol
strange, the feet can be cold for a few hours, then sweating the next day....

wantabe, yes our iowa weather is BETTER than international falls, minn's ACTUAL 35 BELOW ZERO AND 50 BELOW WINDCHILL!!!
yes, my hands/feet all the time too! i wear socks to bed and my sneakers in house when i'm on pc to give feet extra warmth.
wear my long sleeves robe alot on here to come down over the hands but leaving finger tips out to type!

That use to be a symptoms of mine, everynow and then it will return but I think it is from the bartonella since it is known for restricting blood flow.

Have you all had your thyroids checked? A little T3 or Armour can do wonders.
Also, a systemic infection of the common household mold Mucor Racemosus reduces blood flow. It seems to be a common infection in lymies, due to stress and reduced immune function.

My whole body is cold all the time. I also get cold spots on my body to touch.
Take a hot shower!!!
