I seem to be getting worse with having dizziness. I notice it a lot after eating.
My whole body just feels weird and shaky.
And a lot of pressure behind my eyes.

I even noticed when I was eating and trying to read out her, it was very difficult. I don't really know how to describe it.

Does anyone else do this?

I've been having attacks of weird-headedness, for lack of a better word, lol.

Sometimes it's dizziness, sometimes it's light-headedness, sometimes I have pressure behind my eyes or all over my head, and sometimes I feel like I'm separating from my body.

It's not always associated with eating, but I have had some issues at the table where I've had to get up and walk around to clear my head.

I hate feeling like that, especially when the kids are there-- I don't want to scare them.

Same here, not really related to eating. Just have strange head feelings. Like I'm not all here, dizziness or lightheaded. Hard to describe. Feels like my head is full, inflammed or something.

I think that may have something to do with low blood pressure....

I get dizzy after eating..I go on yeast herbal meds and it seems to help. Small meals also are better than large ones.

Dysautonomia issues such as POTs (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia)

And Neurally Mediated Hypotention (NMH) can contribute to the dizziness.

Blood pools in abdomen for digestion.

I have both POTS and NMH.

I need to eat frequently but smaller meals.

If I get the chance to lay down after a meal that really helps.

So does cortef.

A high sugar or carb load can make me feel that way too.

So watch your diet.

Hugs,

Geneal
