Any advice on treatment? Ihave been sick since 2002 was treated as cfs.Recently;
MDC Lab
Bartonella IgG Pos 1.79
Babesia IgG pos 1.97
Igenex
31kDa +
41kDa +
I am being treated with mepron/zithromax. Any suggestions? Will this hit the lyme?

Paul, Thanks for the name. I am actually on her wait list, it's still a few months out. I have started treatment with Andrea Gaito from Basking Ridge , N.J. Do you know anything about her? I tested positive for babs/bart w/MDC lab, neg lyme. A psychiatrist I'm seeing tested me positive for lyme w/Igenex. Hopefully Gaito will address this when I speak w/ her.She told me that MDC is the best lab in the country.

is there truly a such thing as a psychiatrist who orders lab tests? I thought all they did was tell everyone issues are in their head and prescribe psych drugs. I'm being serious. I never heard of one trying to dig into health issues.

I am serious. This psychiatrist was a medical doc
who switched to present. He ordered the test because he thought it sounded like I have lyme. He switched, from what I can gather,because he was frustrated with the politics and $ of mainstream medicine.The test from Igenex confirmed his suspesion.
