of course you can! Not that it's dangerous though, but too many probiotics can cause gas, cramping, bloating and pain. Everything in moderation!!!

I know that obviously you can take too many, but I guess what I am getting at is do you think taking one at every meal and eating yogurt is too many while on abx?
I know that Dr. B suggests taking 2 with every meal. I was wondering if people here have had tolerance problems with that much or what other Dr's suggest???
Thanks

I take one Florastor (beneficial yeast) at breakfast, and one other probiotic at bedtime (varying which one each night). I eat about 1/2 a yogurt per day.
More than that, and I can get constipated. If you are tolerating what you are doing, then go for it. Just make sure you take the probiotics a couple of hours away from the antibiotic, otherwise you basically kill off the probiotic with the antibiotic.
