Generally what infections/co-infections does Amoxicillin and Augmentin cover?

Lyme. Amoxi is used in high doses with Probenecid for Lyme.

Should be just Lyme.
I have never come across anything suggesting Amoxicillin or Augmentin would treat babesia, bartonella, or mycoplasma.
I have taken Amoxicillin in high doses for Lyme, and found it very effective. Even smaller doses will do something, but you can eventually work up to very high doses, and at that point it will help some people with Central Nervous System involvement, based on observations. Perhaps there is data to support this too, I can't remember.

I took Augmentin for 4 doses. It was a good drug to start with for knocking down symptoms.
But i had constant diarrhea, even while stuffing all the probiotics i could find.
I refused to take any more. The doctor did some research later i think and mentioned something about causing waves in the guts, or stopping the peristalsis, or something...
