I started cumanda on Monday night-5 drops-nothing. Took 3 yesterday and last night.
Took 4 drops this morning..all of a sudden I am dizzy and shakey, and foot pain.

Yeah, cumanda will make you herx. Sometimes it takes a few days to build up. Be sure to use burbur drops every 10 minutes to chase down the herx.

BTW, cumanda made me herx a lot. It didn't give me any longlasting relief from Lyme symptoms. A lot up hype about it though.

IMO, CherylSue

It's very strong. I started out thinking - "oh, this will be easy, no problem...". It took me months to get up to 30 drops.

I don't think it is all hype. It just takes longer with herbal protocols. You have to keep changing them around & trying new things. You also have to give the ones you do take enough time to work.

It's a gradual process.

BTW - The Quina also made me herx alot!
