Natural anti-fungals include raw garlic, oil of oregano, olive leaf, high doses Vit C, caprylic acid. There are others but I think these are the best for natural.
However, in my opinion nothing compares to Nystatin in the powder form, I've found this the most helpful.
DIET, DIET, DIET is the key. Then, be sure to follow the 5 step plan outlined below. It was developed by my naturopath. It works.
"Successful control and elminiation of a Candida Albicans overgrowth requires a multifaceted program as described below. Failure to follow ALL the steps simultaneously will result in slow progress and will lengthen healing time significantly. The program should be tailored to the individual and must balance the need to eliminate the Candida and deprive it of its food source while insuring proper nutrition for the individual."
Five Steps to Candida Elimination:
1. You must starve it into submission by eliminating its food source.
2. You must kill it with anti-fungal herbs and supplements. [e.g....garlic, onion, caprylic acid, Pau D'Arco capsules or tea, clove, grapefruit seed extract, olive leaf extract, oil of oregano, tea tree oil, Echinacea, Goldenseal, black walnut, MSM, barberry root, uva ursi, neem leaf, biotin]
3. You must reestablish the proper balance and quantity of probiotic bacteria in the digestive tract. [...multi-strain lactobacillus acidophilus and bifidus capsules with FOS should be taken between meals to maximize repopulation of the digestive tract by beneficial bacteria.]
4. You must reestablish proper levels of all B vitamins (yeast free) and utilize other immune enhancing supplements to boost immune system function. [e.g ... B complex vitamins (yeast free), biotin, beta 1-3 glucan, colostrum, maitake mushroom, vitamins A, C, E, zinc and selenium]
5. You must cleanse and heal the digestive tract to promote proper elimination of toxins and Candida and assimilation of nutrients. [e.g...chlorophyll, MSM, omega 3 fatty acids found in flax seed and salmon oils, GLA found in borage, evening primrose and black currant oils. Pantothenic acid, digestive enzymes between meals]

Olive Leaf Extract works wonders whenever I've been on abx. If I start it before the abx, I never even have a trace of a yeast problem.
This is the formula I my ND suggested. I am very impressed with how well it works:
Myrolea-B (White Tiger) is a simple formulation of highly concentrated extracts from four Chinese herbs and one Western herb. The Chinese herbs include forsythia and lonicera, two of the key ingredients of Ilex 15 (and the main antiviral ingredients of Yin Qiao Jie Du Pian), thus boosting the dosage of these essential ingredients.
Myrolea-B also contains the antiviral agents scute (huangqin) and terminalia (hezi). The Western herb in this formulation is olive leaf, which is one of the primary anti-viral herbs derived from the European tradition.

I agree whole-heartedly with Lymetoo. The only other suggestion is to also take positive yeast like sacromides. Takes up lots of space and outcompetes the bad stuff.

Lymetoo, Keebler, Brainspud and Cottonbrain and Mandy,
thank you for all your advice. I am going to read all these things.
you guys are great thank you so much for taking time to attach links. You have saved me much time esp. on a night when I am having pain behind my eyes.
This disease is so complicated and as you all know it is always something.
I have been taking very good probiots and have cut out basically all bread, wheat, sugars etc....I do cheat once in a while, but not often. I really believe this is being caused by the abx. I don't think it's out of control by any means, but hate risking it turning into a real problem.
Again thanks!
I will probably try a vaiety of the things you all suggested. I have to read all the attachments first.

Candida Yeast Management by Nutraceeutical Science Institute [good deal at Vitacost] has done the trick for me, even whilst on Tindamax [also Azithromycin and Rifampin].
I take 4 capsules in divided dose [ie 2 caps each time] on an empty stomach [I do it overnight when I get up to pee].
I continue to take high-dose probiotics, but they have never been enough for me on their own, even on a No Yeast No Sugar diet,
