My very good friend has been given a Meniere's diagnosis 10 years ago. She has suffered for years with dizziness, nausea, and major equilibrium problems. I am not convinced she has Lyme, but am throwing it out there as a possibility, being a lot of her sx also could be Lyme.
Anyone ever have a Meniere's diagnosis and then go the Lyme route and get better with abx/herbs???
Thanks in advance for you insight!

I'm sure it's not that uncommon. My mother had Meniere's but never had the chance to be successfully treated for Lyme. I'm sure her Lyme caused the Meniere's though.
