Okay before i became ill i was your typical type A personality always on the go. always happy..

I still am happy I just get sad easier now. Does that make any sense?

For example for no reason I think my fiance loves me less which is complete BS, but I get sad/needy if he dosent/isnt around 24/7 being moushy..

I was never like that before.. I am freakin needy... How did everyone over come this beside meds............

Well Shelly,

You are fighting a pretty serious infection with some scary symptoms. COuld account for some of your neediness...

Also, sometimes the treatment or specific antibiotic can make you more emotional ie: depressed, anxious, bluesy.

I too was a type A, but I can really be a crybaby these days....oh and very needy.

Things will get better!

When I first started treatment all I did was cry and was very needy. The emotional herxes were the worst, amd everything was super exaggerated and very over the top emotionally. Things get better the more and more I stayed on abx...good luck!

Hang in there!

Oh yeah, I cry now at the drop of a hat.

Commercials sometimes even make me cry. Things that would normally not bother anyone, bother me and gets me very emotional over.

Do you have Babesia? I've had similar experiences only since starting babesia treatment.

shelly, this awful disease brings out everything.

i too used to be a type a, but modified my behavior to become a B; what could i live with and accept including not having everything 100% perfect. well i did.

just remember, we are here 23/7 .. 1 hr. normally no one is here including other continents! [Smile]

hang in there; we're walking in your shoes. [group hug] [kiss]
