Hi Everyone:
It's been a long time since I have been on here. I haven't gotten any better actually worse so I finally went and saw a Dr out of state who finally knows what they are talking about. I may go broke in the process but I am finally getting the help I need.
The Bartonella is causing the seizures that I have been having so I am on Levaquin for that and within a weeks time have already herxed from it. Good and bad I know. Bad b/c I still have to take care of my 3 kids and good b/c I know it is killing of the buggers. I just feel lousy and it's hard to keep up with them.
How long have most people needed treatment for each infection? I have probably been infected since the late 80's and never dx or treated until about 4 years ago for the lyme disease and now the co-infections. Any input would be appreciated .

thanks lynne

Huuummm Lynne,

Could take awhile. Everyone is different. I was 18 years undiagnosed and have ben treating for 14 months with very small improvements.

I think the longer that we were undiagnosed/infected, the longer it often takes to see the other side.

Glad that you are getting the treatment that you need and wishing you the best!
