I had a major treatment this week for a mold. Now my skin is on FIRE!!!! My LMD is trying to get the skin pain back down through treatments, but it isn't working.
Why would treating a mold cause this skin pain? AAAGHHHH..
What else can I do at home to help alleviate it? Im drinking tons of lemon water.
This has to be from toxins. However we treated the toxins and the skin pain is worse!!! Is tha from a die off?
I need help.

I haven't done any treatment for mold yet, but I would get the fire feeling both inside my body (mostly my head) but also my skin would feel like I was burning up.
Mine has gotten the worst during Babesiosis treatment.
I wish I had a solution for you since I have suffered a lot with this and would love to know what the best fix is, but what I have been doing is taking lots of cool cloths and putting them on my body.
I would think I were running a fever with how warm I can make the cloths just having them on my skin a short time, but actually my temperature is running cool.
I would definitely keep detoxing every way you know how and do what you can to keep comfortable until it passes, which for me was cool cloths.
Hopefully someone will come along with another answer that can help us both.

Yes.
Consider Lyrica.
Many blessings,

It went away for a couple days, then came back with a vengence today. My LMD told me to start doing some salt water once or twice a day for the detoxing along with lots of lemon or lime juice. I'd take the lyrica but im afraid id be disappointed because it wouldn't work.
I hate feeling like this! Is there anything I can add to my bath water to help with detoxing? Oh yeah, he also told me to increase my fiber and start taking miralax for a week to totally clean out my digestive system. What fun.

I would do the epsom salt 2 cups and one full cup of baking soda. Baking soda is very calming to the skin.
The epsom salt should help drawn out and help with pain. Do not put any lotions on your skin after these baths and you skin has quit detoxing.
You don't want to smother the pores with something toxic?
I think I would make them warm baths and not so hot. Soak for about 20 minutes.
Nal, I starting experiencing burning skin about 6 mths ago. My comes and goes though. Not constant. Thank God. I can't image how that would be.
I use Miralax too for constipation. It might take a few days, but it should get you gently clearing out colon. I don't know that it is capable of removing toxins from the lining of your colon though?

Sounds like die off. What have you done to detox? Are you using cholestyramine or some other binder for mycotoxins?
Have you had the HLA testing? Sounds like you might have the gene that causes problems with detoxing mycotoxins.
Are you taking sulfur based supplements? I wouldn't recommend epsom salts until you know if the burning has anything to do with a sulfur problem.
I had severe burning, especially muscle burning but all over burning with sulfur supplements because I have a CBS upregulation and sulfur makes more toxins for me and causes me to have difficulty with ammonia. I had a lot of improvmenet with that once I got off sulfur based supplements.
Some are: MSM ALA glutathione epsom salts b6 can be problematic for some people DMSA NAC
The burning skin is also a symptom of neuropathy. Nerve damage.

Oh, forgot to mention that overall body burning can be a symptom of heavy metals too. Killing bugs can release heavy metals. Are you killing any bugs? Are you taking a heavy metal binder?
What was your mold treatment?
Odd that the burning went away for a few days. That seems like a big clue. Can you remember if you changed anything during those two days. Any supplement changes??

Lots of info on this site about heavy metal binders. Essentially, they bind with the heavy metal and allow it to be expelled through the bowel or through other elimination.
You can do a search here for more info. Some are more effective than others.
You may need more than one to get the full spectrum of metals. I would recommend that you consult with a practioner about what to take.
Some of these may actually chelate as well as bind which could be problematic depending on your situation.
You want to be very careful with chelating heavy metals because you could end up worse off than before you stared. A good reason to consult someone who knows what they are doing.
