Thanks! Especially for the "hugs" b/c today is a rough one. I was so much better and have gotten worse over the last month. I added Plaquenil, but stopped Mepron and can't decide what the problem is.

I don't believe it has anything to do with the 'lyme cycle'. To believe that each individual bacteria is replicating or dying on the same day/couple of days doesn't too much sense to me. However, my symptoms are cyclical like many others here and don't understand why....
Anyway, back to this post....I think plaquenil takes time to accumulate in the body so it may take weeks for your body to become 'saturated' with the plaquenil....just my theory for the day.
I definitely had a severe herxheimer reaction on Biaxin/Plaquenil and it took 3 weeks before I hit rock bottom...haven't been that sick since....
