Its only been about 10 days since i stopped pain meds and i feel better. Although i feel drained to hell, my brain is clearer, and my body actually has LESS pain off them. This is my second attempt first one didnt last to long, this time its going to work its hard tho. First two days i was ok, 3,4,5 days i did not want to live, sweats, fevers, puking, and dumps like crazy, i still have that and nite sweats. I guess i got to clear out that poisOn in my body. Its weird i guess my brain hasnt had to feel pain for so long that it might be re-training itself? idk, but i know i feel clearer minded off them, i dont plan on going on them again. I wouldnt advice people who are on alot of pain meds to go cold-turkey, but i did, thats cause im a tough-guy tho jk . Anyways, it was a miserable experience way worse then any herx EVER, im just glad i soon wont be dependent on them. Thanks for reading, NotKrazy

When I went off Lyrica, I felt much better. My mind was clearer too. I decided just to endure the pain, since the side effects of the Lyrica drove me nuts. Now months later, my pain is so much better. I hope I never have to go back on that stuff again.

Narcotics suck. I use them, but realize that the more I use them the downside is worse then the upside. Its a bummer, but its reality for me. It also increases OCD.
