It could be activating the Lyme. Many people with tick borne diseases, women especially, have bladder problems like interstitial cystitis. What specifically are your issues?

Well it feels like when i pee i dont empty out all the way pain in back.. got kidney urinalises yesterday all clear no infection the doc did say the antibitoics could be thorughing the test .. gave me meds for yeast.. have an aptt with female doc because that area is tender/hot

i have that too. i've actually gotten what they call bladder spasms, and man, do they hurt...
but ah, all tests normal....
i get so tired of normal...right now i'd settle for abbynormal...

Flagyl can cause a really bad case of candida or other fungal infections that can settle in the bladder.
I had this. It went away with aggressive fungal treatment.

okay my back pain is well when your sitting put your hand on your hip rotate it back where your thumb is that is where the pain is ? Is that your kidney location or are they lower or higher..

My vote goes to exacerbation where you already had a problem. In other words, it's probably due to inflammation caused by dead bacteria in your spine or in the nerves that control your bladder. The flagyl is doing it's job. Just like a remodel, things get worse before they get better.
