Anyone out there taking IV merrem? If so, i have some questions.

Ive been taking it for about a month now and i get it from an infusion company that sends it in weekly increments. Towards the end of the week i notice it starts to change color to a light greenish tint. Does this happen to your merrem also?

Does your merrem come frozen or are you just supposed to refrigerate it? Mine just comes refrigerated.

I have asked the infusion company and they said this was the first they had heard of it. They were going to call the manufacturer to find out but i still have no word and im debating on skipping the doses when it starts to change color.

What do u think?

Hi Joe,

I think we've talked before as you are the only other person I've seen on this abx.!! How are you doing on it?? How often do you use it?? Sorry for the questions; I was only going to comment on your post!!!!

I'm on Merrem 2 days a wk., twice daily. I have started orals with it too about 3 wks. ago and holy cow!!! Talk about a herx nightmare! Anyway, I have never seen mine change color and you're smart not to use it like that!!!

They deliver mine twice a wk. on the day before I use it. It is just refridgerated, not frozen. Joe, if any of your meds. don't look right, call the Infusion Pharmacy and ask for a new one!!!!! They will bring it to you as it is a risk for them if the meds. are going bad. So I wouldn't skip your dose; I would call and tell them you need it delivered a.s.a.p. if you discover it when you're supposed to use it!!!

Are you on any other IV fluids or meds.???? Please let me know if you don't mind?

Thank you and make them bring you new bags!!!!!

Im doing pretty good on it so far. I take 1 gram 2x a day. Its been about a month on it.

I havent infused it. I will call them tommorow and have them deliver more.

Right now im just taking the Iv merrem and i do glutathione 2x a week.
