Everyone has been telling me to detox, detox, detox.

Last night I did 4 cups total of coffee enemas. I did this last week with no problem.

First, I want to ask if it's normal to feel things dropping out of your liver, because thats exactly what I was feeling.

I didn't feel better or worse after doing this, but I did sleep hard. I worke up this morning much earlier than I usually do and was able to help get my kids fed and off to school.

As soon as I came back into the house, I got hit with a wave of fatigue like I never have had. I do have CFS, but I do manage to fight it and stay up during the day hours, but today was different.

I was and remain completely wiped out all day long. I slept another 4 hours after my kids went to school only to awake in a frenzy as the light was coming through my windows and I didn't know where I was or what time it was, etc.

I came down after a bit, but as quickly as I awoke, I'm zonked out again. My anxiety is through the roof despite the fatigue.

So I ask, did the detox cause this or is this just worsening of the disease ? And to further answer this question, in general does detoxing using other methods cause Herxing ?

Shannon

If detox organs are unhealthy you will probably feel worse.

Detox organs = Liver, lungs, large intestine, lymphatic system, kidneys + skin.
