Just wondering what you all do for depression? I keep thinking it will lift but it hasn't. I feel overwhelmed and sad every day.

I'm sorry to hear about how you are feeling.
For me, various antidepressants just made it much worse. I think that if lyme is the underlying reason you can expect the depression to lift as treatment helps.
Be sure to have good liver support for a sluggish liver can cause depression all by itself.
Vitamins (especially B vitamins) and minerals (especially magnesium) - and fish oil - helped a great deal. Some herbs, too.

Depression, Anxiety and other mental problems are often associated with inflammation. Unless you have a prior history of depression, you can be fairly certain that is the case now.
I do not have Lyme, but have Crohn's disease. I accidentally resolved my depression while treating Crohn's. I took 1500 mg of Ginger and Turmeric twice a day to knock down Crohn's related inflammation and unexpectedly removed all traces of my lifelong depression.
I have since found out that mental problems accompany most all inflammatory diseases.
If you knock down your inflammation, you will likely find your depression will be gone also.
