Hi Al, It looks like the parathyroid is at it again. My calcium levels are high which probably means tumor in another parathyroid gland. Has anyone had this problem before????? Thanks, Blessings, Justjan

Hi, i had both thyroid and parathyroid removed 20 yrs in march....of course i'm on synthroid and alot of calcium...but other wise i'm doing well without them...the thyroid does control quite a lot of your body function...so you will need meds...hope all goes well for you..and yes the surgery was not bad...take care Madge
