I use SUN Chlorella, but I just started using it a few days ago so cannot really say it helps or not yet..

I also use SUN Chlorella, have been for about a month now. How do I know if it is helping?

I use the one from biopureus.com and have for years. I think that it is a great option. 30-40 tablets a day CHEWED before a meal is how I have used it. Or crushed and mixed with fiber in a shake.
