It know its cryptolepsis, but not sure how much? And when? Does he also think its good to alternate with art?

My doc is too severe he wanted me to take crypt with art and enula altogether and this really put me out- pretty much immobile for 3 months. It helped, but not that much. Thinking I would like to do just one for an extended period...less severe?

enula is not part of this protocol and could interfere with it. You can email the author - or search at his site - to see if a question about enula has ever been raised.

If you plan to use anything from his research, it's best to first read the book - his web site has some good detail, too.

Cryptolepsis is not discussed in this book (but is in a previous one of his) and also on his site.
