Hi-

Looking for anyone with experience with IV Doxy and what other meds you took along with it.

My LLMD has me on oral 250 Zith and 400 mino at the same time to theoretically treat Lyme & Bart. Curious about other regimens people have tried.

Thanks for your time-

Up from page 2.

I'm wondering about this also. My husband is probably going to switch from IV Rocephin to IV doxy next week. His oral abx right now are Rifampin and Minocycline; also BLT drops for bart.

Carol, any feedback on your combination?

Any other IV doxy users out there?

Thanks!

Viva

It's only been a week so no real feedback yet. I've been treating for over 2 years now with different IV (Rocephin) and orals (doxy, levaquin, cefin, etc..) and I've never had a "herx". This is kind of my last ditch effort at treatment I think. If this doesn't work I think I'm just going to assume I have permanent nerve damage.

Best of luck to your husband.
