Ahhh! Betty & Tincup... 2 of my favorite gals. Well, Tincup, I always found McGuff in Santa Ana to be pretty reasonable. Last I bought from them-in mid-May of '08- the 30 ml vial of 5,000mcg/mL was just 45 incl quick shipping. That's 5 mg per 1ml injection, though, which'll turn yer U-know-what a nice mango orange. ~ But for a buck & a 1/2 per shot (see above date) it undercut anything up here in NH. (I use the 'B-D' 1ml 25G 5/8" syringes as they aren't as foreboding as the big ones/ I'm lean.)

Fallon Pharmacy charges 40 for three injections per week for a month supply and 9 dollars shipping. Get 2 months together (the shelf life is 2 months for the substance), and you save 9 bucks.
Could be a different price for different dosing, but that's what I paid.

College Pharmacy out of Colorado is the cheapest I've found.
25mg/ml in a 30 ml vial runs about $50.
I buy two vials at a time to save on shipping, but then I take 25 mg every night -- about five times what most people use.
They have been very decent, too. Once when there was a problem, not even their fault, they sent me another two vials free, no questions asked.

Are the vials that you receive preservative free??? I think if you have a multi-dose vial that it needs to contain a preservative (probably aluminum of some sort--not a good thing for people that already have issues to contend with). Please check this out.
I get preservative-free pre-filled syringes for my son from Coastal Compounding. $105 (plus about $10 for shipping). His Rx is for MB12 25 mg/ml inject 0.1 ml (2500mcg) every other day. These are pre-filled syringes so probabaly cost a little more per dose. I order 2 months worth so they send 30 syringes.

$99 for a month supply of pre-filled syringes plus needles of MethylB12. Tell them you are a Lyme patient.

My ND who is a friend gets me the 30 ml bottle from McGuff's, and it's about $20. his price, plus shipping.
I think a doc has to order it, so you usually get their mark up, which tends to be 100%, so Kete's $45. incl. shipping sounds about right.
A box of syringes is cheap, but I forgot the price.

30 shots of 25mg methylcobalamin per ml... for $40 & S/H from CO sounds like the hands-down winner. I just wonder if the stuff stays in solution O.K. Seems my LLMD ordered prefilled syringes once with 25mg/ml B12 in them & it precipitated out of solution along the sides of the syringe after a couple weeks.
I ended up filling smaller syringes with the red fluid that remained. It Worked!
