As I wait for others experience in Germany, I'm considering in purchasing either the PE-1 or Lumen in the meantime. Does anyone have any thoughts which would be the better option? They are both about the same price.

I think the PE-1 is the best. It is built so the unit will never break. I like the idea it uses many different light frequencies simultaneously. It is little higher output and there are more LEDs. Finally it has greater number of nogier pulsing frequencies.
