Anyone out there with good result or share information about their rifing journey? I read some via search engine from this website... It helps to know how people rifed. It helps a lot to read.
Rifing for 7 months and have had good and bad days. Currently, what seems like a spring flare up, having a rough time... especially with the Gastrintestinal problems.
Have been using 432 and 306 for lyme. Just added 612 for lyme as well. 570 for babesia, 832 for bartonella. Sometimes 1518 and 690. Mostly the Coil machine and GB4000 (once a week for 60 min.)
Please share your stories whether they are successful or not. I want to know if I hit an end of the road for Rifing or just a flare up.
thanks.

hi. I dont have anything to input (yet) for results but we are trying to decide whether to invest in a doug coil or a gb 4000 machine.
We would be looking to treat the coinfections as well as the lyme.
From your personal experience do you have one you would recommended we start with, the coil or the gb 4000?
any suggestions appreciated! Posts: 9 | From NJ | Registered: Dec 2008

612 is a harmonic of 306. While they are different frequencies they are in some respects the same frequency. For my wife, 612 worked better than 306.
612 is one of the most effective frequencies we have found.
With the GB you could set up a harmonics frequency set of 306, 612, 1224 etc. It is something I have not tried yet, but in theory it should make for a more effective treatment than using just 306 or 612.
Of course, a short run time of 30 seconds should be used to see what the herx brings.
Magnesium is a critically important supplement for several reasons. I hope you are using it.
