My provider prescribed Dr. Zhang Artemesia 2 caps tid Monday thru Friday. Do I take this prior to meals with probiotics/supplements, or after meals with the antibiotics/Mepron?

When I was on the Zhang protocol with my antibiotics, my LLMD had me taking all the Zhang herbs WITH my antibiotics but the probiotics were suppose to be two hours away from everything else.

Ok everyone, I talked to Dr. Zhang. I sent him the same message you read in my first post. Here was his response:
"Dear Michael: Yes, it is fine to take this substance while you are taking probiotics or near them.
Sincerely, Dr. Zhang

I think the issue is about the antibiotics and since my doctor had me taking the Zhang products with those, that is why I had to keep it 2 hours away from the probiotic.
By what you are saying Dr. Zhang has said, I imagine you could do it the opposite way and take the Zhang with the probiotic but still keep those 2 hours away from the antibiotics but because of the probiotics, not the Zhang.
