I have been sick to my stomach most of the day .

I am having really bad muscle spasms in my back and shoulders , headache , and my joints are popping like crazy .

I have also had pain in the soles of my feet but that was just this morning .

I felt better almost no symptoms when I first started the antibiotic . now it seems like it is back times 10!

Herx, herx, herx.

I didn't herx when I started meds, but did about a month later ... so yes, probably a herx.

What is your liver support? You might ask your LLMD about making some adjustments with that, or with your magnesium or fish oil doses.

That's what my husband's cousin said.

She didn't have any kind of herx until about a month after she started abx.

Isn't this merry go round fun?

A herx is related to die off. It can come and go as you kill more bugs. Some last a long time, some not. Keep telling your self that it is going to get better.

If it gets bad, tell your doc they have things to help get through it.

I'm in the middle of a bad one now. No fun

Has anyone ever had episodic near-passing out about 10 days into Mepron and zithro or mepron and biaxin? I am in a bad way. First, they occured with exercise, but now it happens at rest. It's so scarry. I feel like I might lose consciousness. I get nauseous. I have mild chest pain. It is an effort to breath and speak. The episodes last for 30-60 min, followed by fatigue.

lymesc... Glad it's a bit better. Are you on doxy? Careful to protect your skin from the sun.
