You pay up front, and then submit to your insurance co. for reimbursement. Unless you happen to have Medicare; Igenex will bill Medicare.

After I submitted mine to my insurance co, I got a check back for part of the cost....it depends on your plan.

are you getting SSDI payments and now on MEDICARE after 2 years??
if YES ON MEDICARE, they will pay 100% on western blot and on co-infecton testing, i paid around $30-40 only out of pocket; they filed to medicare; was paid for.
