So im about to start taking Tindimax and i just realized that you are not supposed to drink alcohol when taking it which is fine cause i dont drink. But, what about the herbal tinctures that contain ethanol?

I take the nutramedix herbs like burbur, parsely pinella eetc. daily. Should i discontinue these while im taking Tindimax?

I really dont want to get sick if its something that could potentially cause a bad reaction.

What do you guys think?

Thanks,
Joe

My doctor put me on tindamax instead of flagyl because he knows that I take a lot of tinctures with alcohol in them and he said tindamax would cause less trouble for that situation.

I did stop all tinctures for the first week I was on tindamax. They seemed to make my pulse go high. Now I'm back on all of them and doing fine.

I never had a problem taking it along with tinctures. I don't think there is enough alcohol in them to make a difference.

Drinking alcoholic beverages is a whole different story.....very dangerous.

Put the tinctures in a shallow bowl and add a bit of warm water from your tea kettle (not boiling, though and do not use hot tap water).

Move it around a bit. Exposing it to warm water and to air will help much of the alcohol lift off.

But, I'd not do this until you are on the tindamax for a while so you know how you do with that without even a trace of alcohol.

I don't understand the message behind this thread.

I'm currently taking OLE, which has a TINY amount of grain-alcohol mixture in it.

I just started using Nutramedix Cumanda, and plan on using Enula, Samento, Pinella, and Burbur.

Are these really problems with ABX? Like Minocycline, Zithromax and Bactrim DS?

My LLMD's nurse warned to be careful of even using hand sanitizer while on Tindamax.
