I took 125 mg this morning. I have felt fine today. Should I take another quarter of the pill or wait until tomorrow? I am only supposed to take it on weekends. Since it lasts 12 hours I was going to take another quarter tonight and then go half and half tomorrow. Advice?
I really appreciate it. I know I am a big baby and you guys are awesome! My husband told me to suck it up and take the whole thing but the Flagyl experience frightened me a little. : )

I think you are being very smart about it. Some people with these diseases are very sensitive to medicine. So, better to start low and make sure you won't have a reaction to the med.

If it were me, and I did fine with the first dose, I would go ahead and take a second this evening.

But, only you can do what you feel is best for you.

Thanks so much. I did take the other dose this evening. So, today I took two 1/4 doses and did fine. Tomorrow morning I am going to take 1/2 a dose and see how that goes. I appreciate your response.

Hi, I hope things went well for you with your second dose. I flipped out on Flagyl; is Tindamax also a cystbuster?

Tindamax is a cyst buster. I would ramp up slowly. My LLMD did not tell me to do that when I took it. Luckily a wise friend did. I ramped up slowly and had no problems.

Thanks! The second dose went well last night so I took half a dose this morning. I will do that again tonight and then next weekend I can just take the whole pill. Have most of you been on Tindamax 2x a day? 500mg?

I took two 250mg doses today and felt fine. Next weekend I will go for the full pill. Thanks for your help.
