I have been having what i call seizures. They are full body muscle movements, head, legs, arms, chest, every part of my body.
Sometimes i am aware of what is going on and sometimes i am not. I can not drive due to this and am afraid to even be left alone.
I was at work yesterday and had one there. Husband picked me up from work after co-workers called him and he got me home and i had 2 more in the afernoon and evening. I never had these before lyme.
I feel like i have been ran over by a semi afterwards and am totally exhausted.
Does anyone have these kind of spells? Do you have any ideas on what helps them.
Thanks Ang

Is it myoclonic jerking, or myoclonic seizures? I have that.
"Myoclonic seizures are rapid, brief contractions of bodily muscles, which usually occur at the same time on both sides of the body. Occasionally, they involve one arm or a foot. People usually think of them as sudden jerks or clumsiness. A variant of the experience, common to many people who do not have epilepsy, is the sudden jerk of a foot during sleep."
